Our restaurant, bar and private dining room celebrate the storied of California's history of organic farming, brewing, and oenology. Outdoor patio seating unveils stunning Aliso Canyon and golf course views. As an homage to the original homesteaders, fresh-made food and drink are a focus throughout your dining experience, with many ingredients harvested on property. What we don't grow here is thoughtfully sourced.
The menu changes with each season, integrating fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables grown and gathered from our own half-acre Harvest Garden. The new bar is a haven of sociability, featuring an innovative handcrafted cocktail menu, enticing wine list and 18 craft beers on tap—all for sipping along with earnest conversation.

KYLE ST. JOHN
Kyle St. John is the Executive Chef of The Ranch at Laguna Beach. Kyle joined The Ranch in 2016 bringing his passion of farm-to-table cooking and fresh, locally-sourced cuisine. Kyle’s love for food started in the kitchen with his family’s cooking and Grandma’s recipes, which led him into the culinary world working in restaurants while attending school. After graduating from California State University Long Beach, Kyle pursued a career in the culinary arts where he worked with the opening team at Selanne’s Steak House in 2013 for Hockey Hall of Famer Teemu Selanne. Kyle then moved onto the private world of Club Corp where he became Sous Chef at The Center Club of Orange County. He is a fan of using local, seasonal ingredients and supporting the farmers and fisherman in Southern California. Kyle enjoys spending time in Montana where he was born, visiting his family’s farm, fly fishing and camping. He currently lives in Laguna Beach with his wife Laura.

Our delicious dessert menu showcases both savory and sweet desserts for sharing. Each heavenly, homemade delight is whipped up with fresh-picked delicacies from the Harvest Garden orchard, where over 30 trees bear a variety of local and exotic fruits.
The Bar
As Laguna's new "it" spot, the Harvest bar focuses on bespoke elements: craft production and the blending and aging of unique and indigenous ingredients, enjoyed amid the hum of happy chatter.
Our handcrafted cocktails anticipate the seasons, featuring specialty releases of aged cocktails that coincide with holidays and special events. The draught program complements a full bar, highlighting an ever-changing selection of artisan-crafted drinks. Local craft brews run the gamut from pale ales and lagers to hefty stouts. Flight tasters are encouraged to help you find your favorite among the 18 handles on tap. For wine aficionados, we have selected a list of renowned varietals.
The only thing more rewarding than your libation? The stunning 180-degree canyon views from your bar seat, where windows are flung open so you can really take in the awe of overlooking the first tee box.
